The purchase of an event ticket entitles and obliges both the purchaser and the ticket holder in accordance with the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the legal relationship between the purchaser of the event ticket and Sebastian Schikor (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
If an event ticket is transferred to another person, the original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring that the recipient has been informed of and accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to events organized by Sebastian Schikor.

Important Information
The following General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of every event ticket purchase and apply to all visitors attending events organized by Sebastian Schikor.
1. Admission of Minors
(A)
Children under the age of 15 are admitted free of charge to the Organizer’s events.
Admission to the event is only permitted upon presentation of a valid event ticket (where applicable) and a valid official photo ID.
The provisions of the German Youth Protection Act (Jugendschutzgesetz) shall apply.
(B)
Special regulations may apply to evening events and certain ticket categories.
Visitors are responsible for informing themselves of any such regulations prior to purchasing an event ticket.
(C)
Certain events may be subject to individual age restrictions.
These restrictions are specified in the respective event description.
Visitors are responsible for checking the applicable age requirements before purchasing an event ticket.
(D)
If a parental consent form or authorization signed by a legal guardian is required for a particular event, the visitor agrees that this document must be presented to the event security staff upon request.
The Organizer reserves the right to retain and archive the authorization for the duration required for the event and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
By submitting such authorization, the visitor also accepts the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
2. Limitation of Liability
(A)
The Organizer shall be liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for the fraudulent concealment of defects, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
(B)
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (so-called cardinal obligations) caused by ordinary negligence, the Organizer’s liability shall be limited to compensation for the foreseeable damage typical for the respective contract.
(C)
Except for the cases described in Sections 2(A) and 2(B), the Organizer shall not be liable for damages caused by ordinary negligence.
(D)
To the extent that the Organizer’s liability is excluded or limited under the preceding provisions, such exclusion or limitation shall also apply to the personal liability of the Organizer’s employees, representatives, agents, and other persons engaged in the performance of the event.
3. Resale of Event Tickets
The purchase of event tickets is expressly permitted for private use only.
The commercial resale of event tickets, particularly at a price exceeding the original face value printed on the ticket, is strictly prohibited.
4. House Rules / Conditions of Use
By purchasing an event ticket, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to comply with the house rules and conditions of use applicable to the respective event venue. In addition, the following rules shall apply to all events organized by the Organizer.
(1) General Conditions of Use
(A)
The following items are strictly prohibited from being brought onto the event premises:
• Glass containers and bottles
• Pyrotechnic devices and fireworks
• Torches
• Laser pointers
• Firearms and weapons of any kind
• Any object that may be used as a weapon
The maximum permitted bag size is A4.
In exceptional cases, larger bags may be permitted for carrying towels or additional clothing.
The following items are also prohibited:
• Power banks larger than a standard smartphone
• Selfie sticks containing metal components
Selfie sticks made exclusively of plastic or other non-metallic materials are permitted.
All visitors are subject to security checks at the entrance, including personal searches where deemed necessary. Visitors must comply with all instructions issued by the event security staff. The bringing of food and beverages onto the event premises is prohibited.
(B)
Any prohibited items may be confiscated by the Organizer or the event security staff.
Any confiscated items are stored at the visitor’s own risk, and the Organizer accepts no liability for their safekeeping.
(C)
The distribution of advertising materials, promotional items, flyers, brochures, or any other printed material without the Organizer’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
The sale of goods or services anywhere on the event premises is likewise prohibited unless prior written authorization has been granted by the Organizer.
(D)
Visitors must comply with all instructions issued by the event security personnel and staff acting under the Organizer’s authority and exercising the Organizer’s right to control access to and use of the event premises.
(E)
For fire safety and other safety-related reasons, designated wheelchair viewing areas are available for visitors using wheelchairs.
Wheelchair users are admitted only when accompanied by their designated companion or caregiver and must follow the instructions of event staff regarding the allocation of their designated viewing area.
For safety reasons, wheelchair users are not permitted to access the Infield, Frontstage, VIP, or Hospitality/Lounge Areas, as these areas are not equipped with suitable facilities.
(F)
For safety reasons, access to certain areas of the event may be restricted.
Admission to specific areas is not guaranteed.
Visitors leaving restricted or controlled-access areas will not be granted re-entry.
(G)
Visitors who require the assistance of a companion but do not use a wheelchair may access other ticket categories and event areas at their own risk.
In such cases, the accompanying person must also hold a valid ticket for the respective event area.
(H)
For safety reasons, access to certain areas of the event may be restricted.
There is no general right of admission to all event areas.
Once a visitor leaves a restricted or controlled-access area, re-entry will not be permitted.
(I)
For outdoor events, visitors are strongly advised to wear appropriate clothing and suitable footwear appropriate for the prevailing weather conditions and terrain.
(2) Special Conditions of Use for Camping Areas
(A)
The use of the designated camping areas is permitted only with a valid event ticket and, where applicable, a valid camping ticket.
(B)
Additional camping fees may apply depending on the respective event.
(C)
Separate campsite rules and regulations apply to all camping areas.
By using the campsite, visitors acknowledge and agree to comply with these regulations.
(D)
Camping is permitted only within the designated camping areas and only during the official opening hours specified by the Organizer.
(E)
Whether tents are provided by the Organizer depends on the respective event. Visitors are responsible for obtaining this information prior to arrival.
Standard camping equipment and camping furniture may be brought onto the campsite and used.
Household furniture and residential furnishings (such as sofas, armchairs, wardrobes, or similar items) are not permitted.
(F)
The use of petrol-powered generators is strictly prohibited.
(G)
The use of gas appliances and open flames is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the Organizer.
Visitors are required to keep the campsite clean and dispose of all waste using the designated waste disposal facilities provided on site.
(H)
The Organizer reserves the right to establish additional campsite rules or event-specific camping regulations for individual events.
Visitors are responsible for informing themselves of any such additional regulations prior to attending the event.
(3) Special Rules for the Use of Parking Areas
(A)
Visitors are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the event and do so at their own risk.
Parking is permitted only in the designated parking areas.
Separate parking regulations may apply. By using the parking facilities, visitors acknowledge and agree to comply with these regulations.
(B)
Access to the designated parking areas is permitted only with a valid event ticket and, where applicable, a valid parking permit.
(C)
Parking fees may apply depending on the respective event.
The use of a parking space does not constitute a contract for safekeeping or vehicle surveillance.
The Organizer accepts no responsibility for guarding parked vehicles.
(D)
Vehicles must be parked in a manner that ensures unrestricted access, departure, and the safe boarding and alighting of passengers at all times.
Emergency routes and traffic lanes must be kept clear.
Vehicles parked in violation of these regulations may be relocated or removed at the owner’s expense.
The provisions of the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) apply throughout all parking areas.
Visitors must comply with all instructions issued by traffic marshals and event personnel.
The driver is solely responsible for the operation of their vehicle within the parking facilities and must exercise due care and attention at all times.
(E)
Overnight stays outside of vehicles are prohibited within the parking areas.
Camping, pitching tents, or establishing camps on parking areas is strictly prohibited. Open fires and petrol-powered generators are not permitted.
Visitors are required to keep the parking areas clean and to dispose of all waste using the designated waste disposal facilities provided by the Organizer.
(F)
Caravans, camper vans, and motorhomes are permitted in the designated parking and camping areas, subject to the applicable event regulations.
(4) Liability of the Organizer
(A)
The Organizer shall be liable only for damages demonstrably caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the Organizer, its employees, or persons engaged by the Organizer. This limitation of liability shall not apply to breaches of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, however, the Organizer’s liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Visitors are required to notify the Organizer of any damage in writing without undue delay and no later than three (3) business days after becoming aware of the damage. Any obvious damage to vehicles or property must be reported before leaving the parking facility or event premises, where applicable.
(B)
The Organizer shall not be liable for damages caused solely by other visitors or any third parties.
Claims for damages arising from force majeure or events beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control are excluded.
The Organizer accepts no liability for:
• Theft of vehicles;
• Damage resulting from vehicle break-ins;
• Acts of vandalism;
• Theft of or damage to personal property left inside or attached to vehicles.
All vehicles and personal belongings are parked or stored at the owner’s own risk.
5. Refusal of Admission and Removal from the Event for Good Cause
(A) Visitor Liability
The visitor shall be liable for all damages culpably caused by the visitor, their employees, agents, contractors, or accompanying persons to the Organizer or any third party. The visitor is required to report any such damage to the Organizer without being prompted and before leaving the parking facility, campsite, parking areas, or the event premises.
This includes, but is not limited to, liability for contamination, pollution, or damage to any of the aforementioned areas.
(B) Refusal of Admission
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission for good cause. Good cause includes, but is not limited to:
• Obvious intoxication due to alcohol;
• Aggressive, threatening, or abusive behaviour;
• Apparent influence of illegal drugs or other intoxicating substances;
• Failure to comply with any applicable public health or hygiene regulations, including those issued in connection with infectious diseases (e.g. COVID-19), where such regulations are in force.
The Organizer further reserves the right to supplement official public health requirements with additional event-specific admission conditions where necessary. If admission is refused due to circumstances for which the visitor is responsible, no refund of the ticket purchase price shall be granted.
(C) Ticket Inspection
Visitors must carry their valid event ticket with them at all times while on the event premises and present it upon request by the Organizer or authorized event staff. Visitors who are unable to present a valid event ticket may be removed from the event premises. In such cases, re-entry will not be permitted.
(D) Leaving the Event Premises
Unless expressly stated otherwise by the Organizer, once a visitor leaves the event premises, the event ticket shall lose its validity for that day.
Re-entry is not permitted.
(E) Invalid Tickets
Visitors presenting an invalid, altered, counterfeit, or otherwise unauthorized ticket or admission credential shall be refused entry or removed from the event premises. The Organizer reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in such cases.
6. Event Performance, Postponement or Cancellation / Ticket Returns and Refunds
(A) Cancellation and Refunds
Event tickets may only be returned if the event is officially cancelled by the Organizer.
In the event of cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
Booking fees, advance sale charges, shipping costs, transaction fees, and any other service fees are non-refundable.
Travel, accommodation, and any other incidental expenses incurred by the visitor will not be reimbursed.
Visitors are responsible for checking in good time whether the event will take place as scheduled.
In accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of tickets for concerts, festivals, sporting events, or other leisure events with a specified date.
(B) Eligible Tickets for Refund
In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will refund only those tickets that were purchased directly through the Organizer’s official ticket shop or through officially authorized ticket agencies.
(C) Force Majeure
If the event is cancelled, postponed, interrupted, or materially altered due to circumstances demonstrably beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control—including, but not limited to:
• Force majeure;
• Terrorist acts or threats;
• Acts of war, civil war, or similar conflicts;
• Strikes, lockouts, or industrial action;
• Civil unrest or riots;
• Severe weather conditions;
• Flooding;
• Pandemics or epidemics;
• Governmental or regulatory orders or restrictions;
the parties shall be released from their respective contractual obligations to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any entitlement to a ticket refund shall be governed exclusively by the applicable statutory provisions. Each party shall bear its own costs.
Claims for damages, compensation, reimbursement of expenses, or consequential losses are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This provision also applies where the event is cancelled due to governmental measures relating to public health (including COVID-19 or similar infectious diseases), or where, after careful assessment of all relevant circumstances, the Organizer reasonably determines that cancellation is necessary to protect the health and safety of participants, artists, staff, contractors, or visitors.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation:
• Risks to life, health, or public safety;
• Travel restrictions affecting participants or visitors;
• The cancellation of essential services or contracts by third parties, suppliers, or subcontractors for which no reasonable replacement can be obtained.
(D) Postponement or Change of Venue
The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, time, and/or venue of the event.
In such cases, event tickets shall remain valid for the rescheduled event unless otherwise required by applicable law.
(E) Programme Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the event programme at any time.
Changes may include, but are not limited to, the cancellation or replacement of individual performances, competitions, artists, drivers, speakers, exhibitors, or headline acts. No claims shall arise against the Organizer provided that the overall nature and character of the event are substantially maintained.
(F) Schedule Changes
Visitors acknowledge that individual programme items may be delayed, rescheduled, or relocated.
Such changes shall not entitle the visitor to a refund or any other form of compensation.
(G) Weather Conditions
The event is intended to take place regardless of weather conditions.
However, weather conditions may result in delays, restrictions, or modifications to the programme.
If severe weather or other circumstances create a risk to the life, physical safety, or health of visitors, participants, artists, staff, or officials, the Organizer may suspend, interrupt, postpone, or permanently cancel the event.
Whether, and to what extent, any ticket refund is granted shall depend on the stage of the event at which the interruption or cancellation occurs and the services already provided to visitors, subject to applicable law.
The same provisions shall apply where the event is interrupted or cancelled for other reasons beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, including governmental orders, technical failures, or safety-related concerns.
7. Copyright, Photography, Audio and Video Recordings
(A) Copyright and Recording Restrictions
All performances, competitions, presentations, and other content presented during the event are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. The following items are not permitted on the event premises unless expressly authorized by the Organizer:
• Audio recording devices;
• Professional photographic equipment;
• Professional video cameras;
• Professional digital cameras.
The creation of audio recordings and video recordings, including for private use, is strictly prohibited unless prior written permission has been granted by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to confiscate or require the removal of any unauthorized recording equipment from the event premises.
(B) Consent to Photography and Filming
By entering the event premises, the visitor irrevocably grants the Organizer and its authorized partners the right, free of charge and without limitation as to time or territory, to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture the visitor’s image, likeness, voice, and appearance as part of the event audience.
The visitor further agrees that such recordings may be:
• Broadcast live;
• Recorded and reproduced;
• Edited;
• Published;
• Distributed; and
• Used for promotional, editorial, documentary, commercial, and marketing purposes
across all media formats, including television, websites, social media platforms, streaming services, printed publications, and other digital or future media, without any entitlement to compensation. The Organizer may grant corresponding rights of use to its affiliated companies, sponsors, media partners, broadcasters, and other authorized third parties for the aforementioned purposes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
(1) Important Information for Event Visitors
(A) Hearing Protection
Music and motorsport events may involve high sound pressure levels that can potentially cause hearing damage or other health-related effects.
Visitors are strongly advised to wear appropriate hearing protection, particularly when standing close to stages, loudspeaker systems, race tracks, demonstration areas, or other high-noise zones.
Earplugs may be available for purchase at the official merchandise stand or other designated sales points.
According to generally accepted medical standards, continuous exposure to an average sound level of 85 dB(A) over a period of 40 hours per week may result in permanent hearing damage.
Significantly higher sound levels may occur in the immediate vicinity of loudspeakers or other noise sources.
Remaining in these areas is recommended only while wearing suitable hearing protection.
(B) Arrival
Visitors are encouraged to use public transportation whenever possible when travelling to and from the event.
(C) Personal Belongings
Visitors are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times.
The Organizer accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
(D) Purchase of Genuine Tickets
To ensure the authenticity and validity of an event ticket, visitors are strongly advised to purchase tickets only through the Organizer’s official online ticket shop or through officially authorized ticket outlets.
The Organizer accepts no responsibility for tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers or third parties.
(2) Camping Information (Where Camping Is Offered)
(A) Permitted Items (DOs)
The following items are permitted on the campsite:
• Tents and standard camping equipment
• Small gazebos (maximum size 3 m × 3 m)
• Camping accessories such as camping chairs
• Disposable barbecues
• Gas camping stoves with gas cartridges of up to 450 g
• Beverage containers up to 5 litres
• Beverage cans
• Plastic bottles
• Cartons (e.g. Tetra Pak®)
(B) Prohibited Items (DON’Ts)
The following items are not permitted on the campsite:
• Household furniture (including sofas, armchairs, tables, wardrobes, etc.)
• Construction materials
• Bulky waste
• Petrol or diesel generators
• Portable power generators or aggregates
• External vehicle batteries
• Large sound systems
• Dry ice
• Liquid barbecue lighter fluid
• Refrigerators and freezers
• Laser pointers
• Megaphones
• Oversized or excessive structures, including large party tents
(C) Safety
Emergency access routes must be kept clear at all times.
Animals and pets are generally not permitted on the campsite.
This rule is primarily intended to protect the welfare of the animals. We appreciate your understanding.
(D) Glass Containers
For safety reasons, glass bottles and all other glass containers are strictly prohibited throughout the campsite due to the risk of injury.
(E) Security Checks
At the campsite entrance, all luggage may be searched for glass containers and other prohibited items by the event security staff.
Visitors are required to comply with these security inspections.
(F) Fire Safety
Open fires are strictly prohibited throughout all camping areas. The only exception is the use of barbecues. Small disposable gas cartridges of up to 450 g may be used for approved camping grills and camping stoves. However, the Organizer reserves the right to revoke this permission at any time if misuse of gas cartridges is observed or if their use poses a risk to the safety, health, or property of others.
(G) Group Camping
Visitors wishing to camp together as a group must arrive together and set up their campsites at the same time.
Please note that event security staff are not responsible for locating friends or arranging group camping once visitors have entered the campsite.
Notice Pursuant to Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG)
The Organizer is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board in accordance with Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz – VSBG).
